Having lived and worked in the UK, USA, Spain and Australia throughout my career, I bring a global perspective along with a pragmatic approach, sharing data, insights, case studies and powerful frameworks for action.

Co-founding Sageco, a niche HR advisory firm specializing in the ageing workforce, growing it into a world class career and retirement solutions business across ANZ resulting in an acquisition by Randstad Group in 2017;
Stepping into the role of APAC MD of Randstad RiseSmart, activating a 5-year growth plan post-acquisition of Sageco, leading a growth strategy across China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Japan, supporting organisations with complex change projects;
Attending the OECD Aging Workforce Think Tank in Paris in 2019 at the invitation of the AARP;
Designing a ‘Games first’ Career Transition Program for the 2500 employees of the Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games workforce, in my role as Project Director;
Receiving the Women’s Agenda ‘Agenda Setter’ Award, and a Stevie Gold Award for Female Executive of the Year (ANZ and Asia Australia),
I’m a proud mother to Bella, and I live and work on Bundjalung land in the Northern Rivers of NSW, committed to role modelling work that is flexible, inclusive and future focused.
